Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • User/Retailer: Individuals using the platform for recharges, bill payments, and cashback offers.
  • Distributor/Master Distributor: Individuals or entities managing users under their network.
  • Merchant: Businesses using Fyncash to offer services or products.
  • API User: Third-party businesses integrating Fyncash APIs for balance services.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 3–4 working days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited directly to the user’s Fyncash wallet.
  • Recharge and bill payment failures are processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective operator.

3. Commission Structure

  • Commission varies based on user type (Master Distributor, Distributor, Retailer/User, Merchant, API User).
  • All commissions and cashback are predefined and subject to change at the discretion of Fyncash.
  • API Balance Additions require a minimum of ₹100.
  • User and Merchant commissions will be credited to their provided bank accounts daily at 10:00 AM (next morning).

4. Recharge and Bill Payment Services

  • Fyncash acts as an intermediary between users and telecom/DTH/utility operators.
  • We do not take responsibility for delays caused by service providers.
  • In case of failed recharges or payments, please allow up to 72 hours for operator confirmation.

5. Wallet and Payments

  • The Fyncash wallet is a non-bank wallet and should only be used for platform services.
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable outside the platform unless for withdrawal under specific conditions.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining correct bank/UPI details for payout.

6. Account and KYC Verification

  • All users must provide valid KYC documents for full access and withdrawal privileges.
  • Fyncash reserves the right to suspend accounts pending KYC or suspected of fraudulent activity.

7. API Usage (for API Users)

  • API Users must ensure secure integration and prevent misuse.
  • Fyncash reserves the right to terminate or restrict access in case of violation or suspicious usage.
  • API Users are billed based on usage, and balance must be maintained above the minimum limit of ₹100.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Fyncash shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Platform uptime is maintained best-effort, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted services.

9. Dispute and Chargeback

  • All disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Any chargeback or unauthorized claim will be investigated, and abusive behavior may result in permanent suspension.

10. Modification of Terms

  • SRSM Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune.
